Do we accept returns?
We only accept complete returns on damaged pieces. If something unfortunate happens in the transit of your package and your jewelry arrives damaged, we will allow you to return it with a full refund and we will cover shipping. Let's hope this never happens!
Do we accept exchanges?
Yes! If your new piece doesn't feel right for you in person, we will be happy to exchange it. We will split shipping with you– you cover the shipping to get the previous piece back to us, and we'll cover the shipping of the new piece.
