Do I accept returns?
I only accept complete returns on damaged pieces. If something unfortunate happens in the transit of your package and your jewelry arrives damaged, I will allow you to return it with a full refund and we will cover shipping. Let's hope this never happens!
Do I accept exchanges?
Yes! If your new piece doesn't feel right for you in person, I will be happy to exchange it. I will split shipping with you– you cover the shipping to get the previous piece back to me, and I'll cover the shipping of the new piece.
